You will use your knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to open opportunities and leverage existing key relationships within CDW at the corporate and regional levels. This role will work closely with senior sales leaders and other stakeholders across the Huntress revenue organization to identify new CDW plays and programs, increase revenue, and expand Huntress’ market presence.

You will identify value-creation opportunities, shape partner plans, and support reseller execution and long-term success.

  • Develop and execute a national plan to grow Huntress mindshare within CDW, building awareness, preference, and understanding of Huntress across CDW’s relevant sales, partner, and leadership teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with CDW stakeholders nationally and across key regions, aligning on priorities, target customer segments, routes to market, and joint growth opportunities
  • Enable CDW teams to confidently position Huntress through role-based training, sales plays, product and competitive guidance, and easy-to-use partner resources
  • Create a consistent cadence of national and regional engagement with CDW, including business reviews, field alignment, partner events, and coordinated seller outreach
  • Work with CDW and Huntress marketing teams to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, events, and other programs that increase awareness and generate qualified pipeline
  • Identify and activate opportunities to expand Huntress visibility across CDW’s relevant sales motions and customer touchpoints; track progress through engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue indicators
  • Coordinate with Huntress sales, channel, distribution, and marketing teams to ensure CDW receives a consistent experience and that national priorities translate into field execution
  • Create and execute a strategic plan to maximize sales through CDW, including sales targets, incentives, and marketing initiatives that drive CDW-sourced pipeline and closed revenue
  • Oversee CDW opportunity registration with Huntress to ensure proper attribution, deal protection, and margin allocation
  • Track CDW performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and direction to maximize partner sales potential
  • Represent Huntress at CDW events, partner days, conferences, and other relevant activities
  • Bring real-time market, competitive, CDW, and reseller/distributor feedback back to the business

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic account management, partner management, or distribution, with direct experience working at CDW or managing and growing a CDW relationship on behalf of a cybersecurity vendor
  • Strong understanding of CDW’s sales organization, partner ecosystem, and routes to market, with the ability to navigate national and regional stakeholders and turn relationships into coordinated field execution
  • A demonstrated track record of building executive and seller relationships at CDW, creating partner mindshare, and translating joint plans into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience developing and delivering partner enablement, sales plays, and co-marketing programs for a large solution provider or reseller
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including product categories, technical capabilities, and industry trends, particularly across SMB, Commercial, and SLED customer segments
  • Experience positioning cybersecurity solutions through channel partners; knowledge of Microsoft licensing and security solutions is highly preferred
  • A data-driven, accountable operator who can set priorities, manage a broad national relationship, and coordinate effectively across sales, marketing, distribution, and partner teams
  • A confident, credible communicator who can build trust with senior decision-makers and frontline sellers and foster long-term partnerships
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing a broad, nationwide territory
  • Willingness to travel across the United States as needed

About the company

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC).

Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide.
