It's a great place to grow: you'll be part of Workday's collaborative culture from day one, and the role offers a clear path to build foundational sales skills and advance your career within the broader sales organization.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will deploy multi-channel prospecting strategies and partner with Account Executives to build and advance quality opportunities for the Workday sales team. - Partnering with Account Executives to build and advance quality opportunities for Workday field sales
- Contacting potential customers, sharing Workday's value, and uncovering prospects' needs and organizational challenges
- Identifying and qualifying potential buyers to help generate a healthy, growing pipeline

- Responding to and qualifying marketing qualified leads in a timely, effective manner
- Staying organized while managing multiple prospecting activities and accounts at the same time
What you bring
- 1+ years of professional or industry-related experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 2+ years of professional or industry-related experience where a Bachelor’s degree is not present.

Where and how you work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
